Promotional Requirements
To be considered for promotion to Swing Management position a Crew Person must have:
-No Disciplinary Reports
-Good Attendance
-Good Attitude
-Rated as excellent or better on performance review
-Demonstrated leadership skills
-100 % knowledge of all restaurant work stations
-Good appearance
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Availability must be to open or close the restaurant
-Must be available to attend and complete swing management course
-Must complete swing certification process before promotion
-Must be able to communicate in English
