  On this day we take the time out to honor all of you. This is a time to honor length of service and birthdays. There is also food, prizes, games, and more. A 30-minute crew meeting is held and if you attend you will be paid for it. It is a day where you can talk to your Store Manager, Supervisor, or Owners. This is a time you can get answers to your questions or to bring any concerns forward.

• Scholarship Program

  McDonald’s National Employee Scholarship Program reviews applications and selects one employee from each state to receive a $1,000 scholarship. The McDonald’s employee exemplifying the highest commitment to school, work and volunteer activities is named the McScholar of the Year® and receives a $5,000 scholarship. There are also local scholarship opportunities.
